Hours: Tuesday through Saturday: 10 am to 5pm

Donations

We welcome donations any time we are open. Due to limited space we cannot accept large items such as appliances however small pieces of furniture and gently used household items are very much appreciated.

We are now making space available for a small selection of ladies clothing. If you have new or like new items, please feel free to drop them off whenever we are open. Again due to lack of space we cannot accept children's clothing at this time.

Items we can NOT accept are as follows.....Encyclopedias, used helmets, child car seats, any broken items. Clothing items are welcome as long as they are clean and in good condition.

Volunteers Needed-Join Our Thrift Shop Team

If you enjoy helping animals we could use your help in the Thrift Shop. If we had more volunteers, the Thrift Shop could extend its hours of operation. A note to high school students who are looking for some place to do their 40 hours of community service-what a great place to gain some retail and customer service experience for your resume and at the same time know that what you are doing is contributing greatly to the needs of the animals in our shelter. People are needed to work in all areas: sorting merchandise, pricing and sales. There is however always room for more people who are able to repair furniture or perhaps refinish some items.

RYKER - On August 2, 2011 Ryker aka Mr. Thursday our beloved Jack Russell Terrier (shown in the picture above) passed away. Ryker was rescued from by one of our volunteers who helps out on Thursdays, and he just naturally came along. He was a big hit at the store and will be missed by all who knew him.
